Consultations & Deposits
At Scotland Street Salon, certain services require additional time, product preparation, and customized planning to ensure the best possible results.
Consultations:
All creative color services require a consultation with your stylist prior to booking. Consultations allow us to discuss your hair goals, assess your hair’s condition, and properly schedule the time needed for your service.
Certain color services may also require a signed waiver at the stylist’s discretion.
Deposits:
Select services require a deposit to reserve the appointment time and prepare the necessary products for your customized service.
Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation and No-Show Charges
At Scotland Street Salon, we value both our guests’ time and our stylists’ schedules. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask for adequate notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
More than 24 hours notice:
No charge for cancellations or rescheduling.
24 to 2 hours before your appointment:
A fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
Within 2 hours of your appointment:
A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
No-Show Appointments:
First-time no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file or invoiced via email.
Repeated no-shows will require 100% prepayment of future services in order to book.
